The MAXFLEX Elastomeric Coatings and ConSeal Patches and Sealants are ideal on masonry, stucco, exterior insulation finishing systems and virtually any other exterior, above grade substrate requiring an high-build, highly-flexible waterproofing system.

Maxflex Performance Elastomeric Coating
Ideal for use on exterior, vertical surface areas of above-grade masonry, stucco, concrete block, poured and precast concrete, exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS), brick and metal. Quality commercial grade that provides waterproofing, 200% elongation, good dirt pick up resistance, high resistance to tear, and very good weathering characteristics.
